Enroll in the Pre-Licensing Course (XCEL)
This is the first thing every hire must do. The pre-licensing course determines if you're officially on the team. Once you enroll and send Shane your order confirmation screenshot — you're hired.

Walk through it step by step:

Do I need sales experience to join?

How do I get leads?

Can I really work from anywhere?

How quickly can I start making money?

How do I become a Supervising Agent (SA)?
You become an SA by recruiting one person onto your team and VIPing one time. That’s it. SA is your first management contract — and from that point on, you earn override commissions on everything your recruit writes, without reducing their pay at all.
What is the MGA contract?
MGA stands for Managing General Agent. It’s often called the "NFL contract" of this industry because of how much money is involved. MGAs run their own agencies and earn override commissions on every agent below them. MGAs regularly earn $50,000+ per month within their first 6 months to 2 years of working toward it.

What are vested renewals?
